Title

A Framework for the Continuous Monitoring and Evaluation of Improvement Programmes

Abstract
Systematic monitoring, control, and evaluation of improvement programmes is rarely performed. This paper introduces a monitoring and evaluation framework for improvement programmes. It was first applied in the projects PROFES and SoftQuali and is being further developed at Fraunhofer IESE. Results and experiences from the application of the approach are presented.
