Title

Comprehensive characterization of high efficiency silicon solar cells

Abstract
In this paper a comprehensive solar cell analysis is presented consisting in the comparative evaluation of illuminated and dark I/V characteristics, Spectral Response (SR) and Photo Current and Voltage Decay (PCVD). It is illustrated how the localization of performance determining losses is achileved. A strong dependence of surface recombination in PERC type cells on incident light intensity is demonstrated.
