Interrupt handler for OS/12 FORTRAN

For OS/12 users there is a problem when running FORTRAN or SABRE programs in LINC mode with interrupt switched on, because registers 40 and 41 are used by the run-time linkage subroutines. An overlay, written in PAL8, which may help to overcome this problem is described.
