Eine schnelle Methode zur automatischen Bestimmung des Biege-E-Moduls an Holzwerkstoffen

Die Bestimmung des E-Moduls von Spanplatten-Prüfkörpern mit einer dynamischen Methode ist mit guter Genauigkeit möglich. Sie beruht auf der Messung von Grundfrequenzen der Probekörper mit Hilfe des Grindo-Sonic-Geräts MK3, das von einem Prozeßrechner gesteuert wird. Für die Anwendung ist ein Schwingungsbeiwert notwendig, der die Meßmethode berücksichtigt. Er wurde so bestimmt, daß die Ergebnisse nach der dynamischen Methode mit denen nach der statischen Prüfmethode übereinstimmen.

The moduls of rigidity (MOR) of particleboard specimens can be determined with sufficient accuracy by a dynamic method. This method is based on the measurement of basic frequencies of specimens by means of the Grindo-Sonic apparatus MK3, with control by an in-process computer. For the application, an oscillatory correction value is necessary, which is adapted to this measuring method. This correction value has been determined so, that the results of the dynamic method correspond to those gained by the static method.
