The POLYTUBES manufacturing platform and control

During the Polytubes project several micro-manufacturing processes were implemented in a manufacturing platform forming a unique process chain for tubular polymer production. The platform combines high precision handling, sophisticated low-level PLC control with superior software systems for quality control and advanced visual inspection systems; altogether enabling the efficient production of several micro-featured products.
