Survey of the musical acoustics research at the Fraunhofer IBP in Stuttgart, Germany

At the Department of Acoustics of the Fraunhofer IBP in Stuttgart, Germany the Research Group of Musical Acoustics deals mostly with pipe organ research. In the present paper some examples are shown on helping the voicing adjustments and sound design of labial organ pipes and on the work of matching the instrument to the acoustics of the room.
