Die Wettbewerbssituation im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau erfordert ein verstärktes Angebot kundenindividueller Dienstleistungen. Hybride Leistungsbündel (HLB) gestatten die integrierte Betrachtung von Sach- und Dienstleistungsanteilen und setzen die Berücksichtigung der Wechselwirkungen der Leistungsanteile vom HLB über einen Lebenszyklus voraus. Hierbei gilt es, insbesondere die Lebenszyklen verschiedener Dienstleistungsanteile und deren Einordnung in den HLB-Lebenszyklus zu berücksichtigen.

Industrial Product-Service Systems (IPS²) enable the integrated development of products and services and assume that the interdependencies between the product and service shares in the IPS² are taken into account over the entire IPS² life cycle. In particular the life cycles of various service shares need to be considered together with their assignment to the phases of the IPS² life cycle.
