An Open framework for distributed education

The modular training framework integrates computer-based training systems and telecommunication services. It adresses the problem of migrating from traditional stand-alone computer-based training systems to distributed client-server systems in heterogeneous networks. MTF has proven so useful in the European research projects DEDICATED and Cobra-3 that we are currently implementing it for the DEDICATED subproject called Ideals.
