Experimentelle Ermittlung von Kräften beim Querkeilwalzen

The topic of this final paper is the experimantel force measurement at the cross wedge rolling. The first part is a literature research to describe this process and foundations of the force meausrement. The content of the second part is to describe different principles for measurement and election of a suitable strategy. The foundation of election are the advantages and disadvantages from the seperate strategies. The following part contains describtion of the tool and installation and calibration of the miniature longitudinal measuring pins. The last part explains analysis and interpretation of the measured values and show optimisation measures of the tool.
