Simulation zur Bestimmung des Leistungsgewinns bei kombiniertem Einsatz mehrerer Kommissionierstrategien - in Abhängigkeit von Layout und Auftragslast

This paper examines the performance benefit gained by combining different storage and order picking policies. The author use simulation to analyze the dependencies on order picking layout, order structure and picking strategies. The results indicate that multi-order-picking has the greatest potential for decreasing the order picking time. By adding further picking strategies the performance is increased by a diversifying amount. This makes it necessary to consider the ratio between cost and benefit for each individual case.
