Einfluss von Werkzeugeigenschaften auf das Bearbeitungsergebnis beim Mikrofräsen hochfester Werkstoffe

In this study, the deviation of different micro cutting tools is analyzed depending on cutting tool's geometry. Deflection of cutting tools due to the cutting forces is calculated by means of classic mechanics and FEM analysis. Deviations of micro cutting tools under case of static and dynamic loading are recorded. Prerequisites to optimized micro milling cutters as well as processing parameters are created on the basic of the theoretical and experimental view.
