SEMI CIM Framework Status, SEMI Task Force CIM Framework

The SEMI CIM Framework is a collection of draft standards specifying the components of a next-generation Manufacturing Execution System (MES). These specifications are in the process of balloting and review through the SEMI Standards process. This presentation will offer an overview of the SEMI CIM Framework MES components and their position in the larger scope of Computer Integrated Manufacturing. The presentation will also provide a report on the status of SEMI CIM Framework standards ballots and the plans for future balloting of the remaining component specifications.
