The integration requirements for shopfloor-oriented planning and control systems are determined by increasing productivity and quality demands. Cooperation of application systems, consisteny of the information model and continuity of communication through all management and control levels are the aim of the pilot development of the integrating infrastructure according to Cimosa. Starting from models of business processes of a selected industrial application this article explicates the required service architecture for their computer integrated execution.
