A framework for ergonomics in semiconductor productions
Abstract
In this paper, we introduce the FabSCORE method as a framework and reference model for the ergonomic design and evaluation of interactive systems and user interfaces in the context of semiconductor production. The model allows for structured evaluation and design of all relevant issues while considering the external circumstances for the application.
