Title

Analogue optical transmission of 26 TV channels

Abstract
Twenty-six TV channels have been transmitted over a 1 km single-mode fibre using direct intensity modulation of a GaAlAs laser diode. The key performances of the optical link frequency range from about 47 to 300 MHz and the frequency division multiplexer are given.
