Title

Nonlinear enhancement of resonance bandwidth and back reflection in microspheres

Abstract
We study the power dependence of the back reflection from microsphere resonators. Experimental results are compared with theoretical models. An EDFA (Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifier) based laser with a microsphere mirror is demonstrated. ©2006 Optical Society of America.
