Microscale mass production

The article deals with the integrated approach of the Production4µ project. This approach considers all relevant disciplines of microproduction, starting from microsystems design to the continuous optimization of microproduction via automation, improvement of tool and workpiece clamping and referencing as well as the involvement of optical measurement systems.
