A scenario for the role of human-computer-interaction in providing sustainable accommodation for the new economy

In the new economy, where the center of economic gravity shifts from tangible to intangible assets, the ability of a knowledge worker and the organization as a whole to act effectively and efficiently independently of locational constraints becomes an increasingly important issue. This poster presents the approach used within the joint EU-Project "Sustainable Accommodation for the New Economy (SANE)" and highlights the role of information and communication technologies in achieving this goal.
