Title

MOEMS EC-QCL for real-time identification of chemical compounds

Abstract
Real-time MIR spectroscopic sensing using a MOEMS based external cavity quantum cascade laser is demonstrated by transmission measurements on polystyrene absorber sheets as well as reflectance measurements on active pharmaceutical ingredients.
