Digitale und nachhaltige Organisationen

Neue Konzepte wie die Wertsteigernde Kreislaufwirtschaft bieten Lösungsansätze, Nachhaltigkeit durch Digitalisierung in Unternehmen gewinnbringend zu realisieren. Um die notwendigen Kompetenzen parallel zum bestehenden Geschäft aufzubauen, gibt es verschiedene Ansätze der organisationalen Ambidextrie. Mittels einer quantitativen Literaturrecherche wurden die vier grundlegenden Modi strukturelle, temporäre, kontextuelle und Domänen-Ambidextrie identifiziert und charakterisiert. Diese Modi können auch kombiniert und auf unterschiedlichen Organisationsebenen auftreten.

New concepts such as the value-enhancing circular economy offer an approach for realizing sustainability profitably through digitalization in companies. In order to build up the necessary competencies in parallel to the existing business, organizational ambidexterity provides a promising solution. In a quantitative literature review, the four basic modes structural, temporary, contextual and domain ambidex-terity were identified and characterized. It was shown that these modes can also occur in combination and at different organizational levels in large, but also small and medium-sized companies.
