Gewichtsbestimmung in der Schiffsfertigung

Der deutsche Schiffbau konzentriert sich auf die Produktion hochausgerüsteter Spezialschiffe, die hinsichtliche ihrer Produkt- und Fertigungsspezifikation besondere Anforderungen in engen Toleranzgrenzen erfüllen müssen. Die statischen und dynamischen Eigenschaften des Schiffs werden dabei maßgeblich vom Schiffsgewicht und der Gewichtsverteilung beeinflusst. Planungssicherheit in der frühen Entwurfsphase durch die Verwendung von Erfahrungswerten ist aufgrund der geringen Stückzahlen bei Spezialschiffen nur bedingt gegeben.

The focus of the German ship-building-industry is on high specialised ships. The demand on special requirements for these special purpose ships is according to narrow tolerances for product and manufacturing characteristics. The static and dynamic conduction of the ship is highly influenced by the weight and the centre of gravity of the ship. Caused by the low number of unique ships the certainty of calculating by experiences is unreliable. In the following a conception for an efficient weight-management in ship-building is explained and practice-oriented facilities for flexible weight determination are introduced.
