Strukturplanung vernetzter Produktionen

Industrielle Produktionen sind Veränderungen ausgesetzt, welche die Unternehmen zur permanenten Anpassung ihrer Fabriken zwingen. Aufgrund der vielfältigen dynamischen Wandlungstreiber und der Komplexität des Planungsobjekts "Fabrik" bedarf es eines systematischen Planungssystems zur Adaption der Fabriken. Daher wird eine innovative Planungsmethode für die langfristige Adaption und Optimierung von Produktionsnetzwerkstrukturen unter Berücksichtigung der technologischen Entwicklungen der Produkte und Produktionsressourcen vorgestellt. Mithilfe der neuen Planungsmethode werden Strukturanpassungen in einer vernetzten Produktion in strategischen Szenarien vorbereitet und geplant, um die Wandlungsfähigkeit der Fabriken mit ihren kapazitiven und technologischen Ressourcen zu steigern.

Manufacturing is permanently subjected to change, which forces manufacturers to permanent adaptation of their factories. For handling the manifold dynamic change drivers and the complexity of the planning objective factory, a systematic planning system is essential. Therefore, in this paper an innovative planning method for the long-term adaptation and optimization of manufacturing network structures is described, considering the technological developments of products and production resources. With the new planning method structure optimizations in a networked production will be prepared and planned in strategic scenarios to increase the changeability of the factories with their capacitive and technological resources.
