Image storing for HDTV
Abstract
Digital image signal processing in HDTV systems requires large volumes of data storage in picture memories. This paper reports on a proposed memory structure suitable for this purpose, based on available read/write memories. Development of a CMOS technology (1.5 mu ) controller for addressing this memory is also described.
