Level of Coordination in der Fabrikplanung. Koordination der Fachdomänen Produktionssystem- und Bauplanung mit BIM

Building Information Modeling (BIM) in der Fabrikplanung wird in der Praxis immer häufiger angewendet und aufgrund der positiven Erfahrungen auch in Richtlinien sowie Standardisierungsarbeit weiterentwickelt. Hierbei bildet die Methodik BIM die Brücke zwischen den beiden Fachdomänen Produktionssystems- und Bauplanung sowie der Projektumsetzung. Durch die Integration der digitalen BIM-Modelle entsteht bereits frühzeitig ein ganzheitlich virtuelles Abbild der Fabrik. Die zwischen den Fachdomänen notwendige Koordination während der Modellerstellung und der späteren -pflege ist bislang nicht standardisiert, sondern erfolgt projektspezifisch. Als Beitrag zur systematischen Digitalisierung der Fabrik sowie deren Planung wird in diesem Beitrag die Koordination der BIM-Modelle und die damit verbundene Modellqualität als Level of Coordination in Ergänzung zum Modellfertigstellungsgrad (Level of Development) beschrieben. Dieser Beitrag ist der erste von zwei Teilen.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) in factory planning is being used more and more frequently and is also being further developed in guidelines and standardization work based on positive experience. Here, the BIM methodology forms the bridge between the two specialist domains of production system and construction planning as well as project implementation. Through the integration of digital BIM models, a holistic virtual image of the factory is created at an early stage. The coordination required between the specialist domains during model creation and subsequent maintenance has not been standardized to date, but is carried out on a project-specific basis. As a contribution to the systematic digitization of the factory as well as its planning, this article describes the coordination of the BIM models and the associated model quality as a level of coordination in addition to the model completion level (level of development).
