Equipment design for clean room use

Der Großteil der Kontaminationen einer reinen Produktionsumgebung stammt von den eingesetzten Produktionsanlagen. Reinraumgerechtes Design von Produktionsanlagen wird daher immer entscheidender. Grundlegende Designaspekte, wie z. B. geeignete Werkstoffauswahl und strömungsmechanische Optimierung, sowie deren Qualifizierung sind Inhalt des Vortrags.

Most of the contamination found in clean manufacturing environments originates from production equipment. As a result, it is becoming more and more important that manufacturing equipment is specially designed for cleanroom use. This talk is especially concerned with fundamental aspects of design, such as the selection of appropriate materials, airflow optimization and equipment qualification.
