Abstract
Ganzheitliche Produktionssysteme 4.0 (GPS 4.0) bringen neue Komplexität in das Management von Methoden und Werkzeugen für das Industrial Engineering. In diesem Beitrag wird ein systematischer Ansatz für das Management des ausführbaren Teils von GPS 4.0 vorgestellt: ein Methoden- und Werkzeugkatalog. Diese Toolbox Lean 4.0 wurde als Datenbank mit mehreren hundert Elementen aus relevanten Quellen prototypisch implementiert und bietet eine Systematik zur Unterstützung des Industrial Engineering.

Lean Production Systems 4.0 (LPS 4.0) increase the complexity of managing methods and tools for industrial engineering. This paper presents a systematic approach for the operational part of LPS 4.0, taking the form of a catalog for the management of methods and tools. This toolbox Lean 4.0 has been implemented prototypically. It includes hundreds of elements from relevant sources, resulting in a structured system for industrial engineering practice.
