MHH-AZ - Comprehensive Allergy Center der Medizinischen Hochschule Hannover

Das 2011 gegründete Allergiezentrum der Medizinischen Hochschule Hannover (MHH-AZ) wurde erstmals im Januar 2016 als Comprehensive Allergy Center (CAC) zertifiziert und 3 Jahre später im Januar 2019 re-zertifiziert. Im Geltungsbereich des Zertifikats sind die Klinik für Dermatologie, Aller­gologie und Venerologie, die Abteilung experimentelle Allergologie und Immundermatologie, die Klinik für Gastroenterologie, Hepatologie und Endokrinologie, die Klinik für Pädiatrische Pneumologie, Allergologie und Neonatologie, die Klinik für Hals-, Nasen-, Ohrenheilkunde und das Fraunhofer Institut für Toxikologie und experimentelle Medizin. Weitere aktive Mitglieder sind das Institut für Epidemiologie, Sozialmedizin, Gesundheitssystemforschung, die Klinik für Augenheilkunde, die Klinik für Immunologie und Rheumatologie, die Klinik für Pneumologie und als externer Kooperationspartner die Kinderklinik Auf der Bult. Es werden die Strukturen des MHH-AZ CACs und die allergologischen Schwerpunkte vorgestellt.

In 2011, the interdisciplinary allergy center of Hannover Medical School (MHH-AZ) was founded. In January 2016 it was certified as Comprehensive Allergy Center (CAC) in January 2016 and three years later in January 2019 re-certified. Within the scope of the certification are the Clinic for Dermatology, Allergy and Venereology, the Department of Experimental Allergy and Immunodermatology, the Clinic for Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Endocrinology, the Clinic for Pediatric Pneumology, Allergy and Neonatology, the Clinic for Otorhinolaryngology (ENT), and the Fraunhofer Institute of Toxicology and Experimental Medicine. Additional active members are the Institute of Epidemiology, Social Medicine and Health System Research, the Clinic for Ophthalmology, the Clinic for Rheumatology and Immunology, the Clinic for Pneumology, and as external cooperation partner the Children's Hospital Auf der Bult. The structure of the comprehensive allergy center MHH-AZ CAC and the main in terests in clinical and scientific allergy management and research will be presented.
