Innovative Concept of Tunable ECDLs Based on MEMS in the NIR and MIR Spectral Regime

Abstract
An innovative ECDL concept based on MEMS technology in NIR and MR is presented. Results of laser performance and its application as well as the possibility of ultra-fast tuning through MEMS actuators are shown.
