Title

25 Gb/s AGC amplifier, 22 GHz transimpedance amplifier and 27.7 GHz limiting amplifier ICs using AlGaAs/GaAs-HEMTs

Other Title
25 Gb/s AGC-Verstärker, 22 GHz Transimpedanzverstärker und 27.7 GHz Begrenzerverstärker in AlGaAs/GaAs-HEMT Technologie
Abstract
Automatic-gain-control (AGC), transimpedance, and limiting amplifiers are key elements in optical-fiber links and measuring equipment. An AGC amplifier operating up to 13Gb/s, a transimpedance amplifier up to 19GHz with a gain of 38dB Omega, and a limiting amplifier up to 17GHz with a gain of 21dB based on various kinds of device technologyare described in References 1, 2, and 3.
