A framework for developing green services

Service innovation and the integration of sustainability in economics represent two important research fields. Green services are a relatively new service type combining both these fields. The potential seen in such ecologically sustainable services is high, while a comprehensive approach for developing this service type is still missing. Within this work, a framework for developing green services systematically is introduced, considering specific characteristics that are connected to ecological sustainability.
