Message from technical chairs

On behalf of the Technical Program Committee we welcome you to the 24th IEEE International System-on-Chip (SOC) Conference (SOCC 2011), held this year in Taipei, Taiwan. This Conference started as the ASIC Conference in Rochester, NY in 1981 and has grown over the years into a leading conference addressing all aspects of ASICs to Sytem on Chips. The goal of the conference is to continue to present and disseminate state of the art research and development from both academia and industry sectors supporting the wide-ranging industries in both manufacturing and applications.
