Title

Multi-fiber-chip-coupling modules for monolithically integrated Mach-Zehnder interferometers for TDM/WDM communication systems

Abstract
We designed and fabricated multi-fiber modules for arrayed waveguide-fed InP-OEICs like monolithically integrated MZIs. The light output is collected with high efficiency into tapered SMF arrays which are fixed by gluing in a special designed set-up.
