Temperature distribution during Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS)

The temperature distribution during Spark Plasma Sintering was analysed by temperature measurements at different positions on the tool during sintering and compared/validated by FE modeling data. The tool diameter and die thickness were changed as well as measurements and simulations were done for ellectrically conductive and non-conductive materials.
