Quality research in the service of SME's. Instruments for updating of QM system
Abstract
Only those companies which implement technical innovations efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with customer requirements will be successful. It is, therefor, vital to ensure, that managerial aim and QM systems adapt continously to changes in market. This is only an example of a project work to show the contribution of quality-related research to SME's and how it is beeing applied in Germany.
