Benetzbarkeit von Recyclingspänen und "frischen" Holzspänen mit verschiedenen Bindemitteln

Abstract
The wettability of fresh particles (particles obtained directly from wood) and particles obtained by mechanical disintegration or thermohydrolytical degradation of particleboards with UF-, PF-resins and binders based on PMDI (polymers of diphenylmethanediisocyanates) was determined. The average wettability from "fresh" particles with different binders was better than for recycling particles. The wettability of the recycling particles depend on the binder.
