High-reflectivity dense UV mirrors

Abstract
High-reflectivity dense mutlilayer coatings are produced by Ion Plating and Plasma Ion Assisted Deposition technologies. Optical and non optical properties of single layers and UV mirrors down to 250 nm are reported.
