Title

A cw kW-class diode end pumped Nd:YAG slab laser

Abstract
A diode end pumped slablaser with an average cw output power of 982W and 39% efficiency was reported. The beam quality of the hybrid resonator was superior to M2<7. The results showed that the beam quality in the unstable direction of the hybrid resonator was superior than M2=3.
