Interactive rotoscope system "IMANA" for video post-processing

Abstract
Describes the use of segmentation masks derived from conventional video sequences to create special effects for film, TV and video production. This system is termed IMANA (Image Analyser) and is based on automatically segmented layer masks. The author presents segmentally modified images and refers to problems of movement estimation.
