Title

Fast all-optical switching using two-section injection-locked semiconductor lasers

Abstract
Clocked decision, retiming and pulse shaping as well as wavelength conversion (32 nm) is demonstrated at 2.5 and 5 Gbit/s with bistable semiconductor lasers. It is also shown that switching is possible at 10 Gbit/s using the same mechanism.
