Abstract
The presentation will show solutions for passive temperature control on battery module and housing level. The potential of phase change material (PCM) for temperature control, peak mitigation and homogeneity in the context of batteries and power electronics will be presented. The focus will be on the hybrid material of paraffin and closed aluminum foam.
