Baukastensystem Mikrosystemtechnik

Es wurde ein Baukastensystem für die Realisierung modularer Mikrosysteme, ausgerichtet auf die Forderungen des Maschinen- und Anlagenbaus, konzipiert. Die dazu notwendige Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik wurde entwickelt und geprüft. Miniaturisierte intelligente Systeme wurden an maschinenbaurelevanten Beispielen demonstriert. A highly flexible, modular design and production framework for microelectromechanical systems, suitable for mid-scale production at reasonable costs, is presented. The modular framework consists of a manufacturer set and an application kit. It allows for considerable reduction of design and production expenditure whilst retaining maximum technical flexibility.
