Title

Deterministic Fabrication of Fluorescent Nanostructures Exhibiting Magnetic dipolar Transitions

Abstract
The integration of fluorescent light emitters with photonic nanostructures is critical to the fabrication of hybrid photonic systems used in emission enhancement, directional emission, and strong coupling. This requires precise and deterministic placement and immobilization of the emitters [1]. While several methods for the deterministic coupling of electric dipole emitters exist [2], the localization of magnetic dipole emitters has not been demonstrated. Here we present a new method for the deterministic fabrication of fluorescent nanostructures featuring both magnetic and electric dipolar transitions. This method requires a minimal number of steps resulting in a fast fabrication time and will aid the study of hybrid nanophotonic devices.
