Technology and innovation management in the future

Innovations are the drivers of corporate success. The most important innovation driver is formed by new technologies, especially cross-sectional technologies. This article discusses methods of developing technologies for innovations and ways of accelerating innovation processes. Engineers, who play the major roles in this respect, need to create new forms of cooperation and be able to tap complex knowledge domains quickly. To achieve this, the traditional workplace has to be redesigned to form a multiple working environment.
