Phosphorus in its function as an essential plant nutrient is of strategic importance for mankind. At present, different processes for the recovery from waste materials are under discussion. The fertilizing effect of the recovered secondary phosphates is inconsistent and partly not suitable for the requirements of agriculture. The preparation of standard products through the inclusion of phosphorus-containing ashes in existing processes in the chemical industry offers itself here as solution.
