Prüfung von Kernbehälterschrauben in eingebautem Zustand

In industrial plants as well as in power plants a variety of bolts are used in security areas. To prevent integrity problems during operation, especially in nuclear power plants the bolt connections are inspected. This contribution presents an automated ultrasonic system fo in-situ inspection of barrel bolts. The manipulating system as well as the specially designed ultrasonic transducers are described, also successful notch detection is shown.
