12th International Doctoral Students Workshop on Logistics 2019. Conference Proceedings

The workshop is carried out in conjunction with the 22nd IFF Science Days, which take place from June 04 to 06, 2019. Various sessions on digital engineering and operations, digital applications for the future energy supply and working group cooperation in plant engineering furnish participants an outstanding platform to exchange views on important trends and prospects in multidisciplinary fields, to network and even to initiate new business contacts. Furthermore, the European Smart SysTech conference, which focuses on smart objects and technologies as well as system design in the sense of Industrie 4.0, takes places in this context. All in all this will provide participants an opportunity to benefit from the experience and insights of experts working in both theoretical and practical fields.
