Technik, Arbeitsorganisation und Qualifikation

Es wird die Stellung von Technik, Arbeitsorganisation und Qualifikation in einem Prozeß betrieblicher Veränderung skizziert. Für die Softwareentwicklung und Qualifizierung wird an Beispielen erörtert, welche Vorteile ein Modell der Arbeitsaufgabe als Zentralkategorie für alle Beteiligten inclusive Anwender und Nutzer haben kann. Ziel ist eine Lernorientierung anstelle einer Technikfixierung.

We are going to outline the position of technology, work organization and qualification in a process for operational variations. For the software development and qualification we will discuss with examples which advantages a model of work tasks may have as a central category for all participants including users. Our aim is an orientation to the learner instead of a fixation for technics.
