Innovationsorientiertes Wissensmanagement

To increase the capability of enterprises' R&D-departments to generate innovations, it is indispensable to systematically make use of available and required knowledge of different type and origin as well as to integrate it into the innovation processes. Therefore the implementation of a pragmatic and consistent approach is of great importance - from the identification of knowledge intensive processes and the underlying fields of knowledge up to the derivation of concrete realisation measures and the deployment of adequate knowledge management tools. "Communities of Innovation" and "Customer Knowledge Management" are two essential approaches for the management of internal and external as well as implicit and explicit knowledge in this context.

Um die Innovationsfähigkeit der F&E-Bereiche von Unternehmen zu erhöhen, ist es unabdingbar, verfügbares und benötigtes Wissen unterschiedlichster Art und Herkunft systematisch zu nutzen und in die Innovationsprozesse zu integrieren. Hierzu ist die Implementierung einer pragmatischen und durchgängigen Vorgehensweise, von der die Identifikation wissensintensiver Prozesse und dahinter liegender Wissensfelder bis hin zur Ableitung konkreter Umsetzungsmaßnahmen und dem Einsatz adäquater Wissensmanagementwerkzeuge von immenser Wichtigkeit. Zwei in diesem Zusammenhang wesentliche Ansätze zum Management von internen und externen sowie implizitem und explizitem Wissen sind "Communities of Innovation" und "Customer Knowledge Management".
