Migration von Metallspuren aus Papier, Karton und Pappe in Prüflebensmittel. Tl.2

In Papier, Karton und Pappe wurde der Gehalt und der lösliche Anteil an Zink, Zinn, Aluminium, Mangan und Barium bestimmt. Als Extraktionsmittel wurden dest. Wasser, 3 %ige Essigsäure, 10 %iger Ethylalkohol und Prüffett eingesetzt. Die Untersuchungsergebnisse zeigen, daß der lösliche Anteil an Metall, der aus dem Packstoff in das Packgut übergehen kann, sehr gering ist.

A study was made determining the total content and the soluble part of Zn, Sn, Al, Mn and Ba in paper, cardboard and board. The extraction of the samples was carried out with destilled water, 3% acetic acid, 10% ethylalcohol and testing gat. The results indicated that the soluble portion of metal content migrating from the packaging material into foodstuff is extremly small.
