Title

Integrated optical compensator on Ti:LiNbO3 for continuous and reset-free polarization control

Abstract
The operating principle and experimental results of an integrated optical compensator on Ti:LiNbO3 with controllable orientation of its optical axis within a full cycle and adjustable birefringence are given. A reset-free polarization transformation with two control parameters is possible employing two of these devices.
